"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was transferred to this agency when my long time agent passed away and they never send me my car insurance cards without me calling and begging for them. Last time it took over a month for me to receive! God forbid any of us gets pulled over. I was with my other agent for 40 years and I received the cards a month in advance. I'm looking to get out. I shouldn't have to chase someone I'm giving money to."
